Teresa Giudice In Jail

At 3am this morning, Teresa Giudice surrendered herself to the Federal Correctional Institute in Danbury, Connecticut, reports NJ.com. The order was to surrender by 10am this morning to begin serving her sentence. See you in 15 months, Teresa!

    But how much time will she really serve? Half? A third? She may pay her debt to society, but I suspect she'll be unchanged when she's released. It's unfortunate that Teresa & Joe didn't consider the impact this would have on their daughters before they made the decision to commit fraud.

      It is Federal prison so you don't get much time shaved off for good behavior.

      Still, I feel like it won't be the whole 15 months. I kinda feel like they will shave a couple of months off. Didn't Wesley Snipes spend less time in prison than he was given (he was also IRS I believe)?

    Somewhere Danielle Staub is celebrating and a very happy woman.
    Apparently she spends 100 grand a year on her beauty regime--including laser hair removal on her forehead (I am not kidding). She is going to look like a beast when she gets out....

      If you lazer hair on your forehead regularly it stops growing out permanently after a few treatments. I dont think the hair will grow anymore as she has done it for years already. She will look fine. They have beauty salons in these prisons,libraries,cable tv etc. They live better than a lot of average americans.

      Now where are the bye Theresa gifs??
      I think she has to serve all 15 months as well. The judge was pissed they blatantly lied and left off a lot if their cars and jewelry on their assets list. .

    3:00 am good sneak into jail, she and her husband are going to be on the IRS radar for many decades to come so if they aren't stupid, all future financial dealings better crystal clean.

    I don't know anything about where she's serving her sentence, but in some prisons, you aren't allowed make-up or hair dye, etc. It would be interesting to see her roots in a couple of months.

    I will bet a zillion dollars she spends her time writing an introspective novel about her time on the inside and how she is so changed, and that prison isn't really all that bad.

    Krystie - Her lawyer dropped her off. From what I read, the husband didn't escort her. I actually think she is going to rebound from all of this. I think she'll write a book, too. I am curious to see if she and the hubs get divorced.

    I can see her working in the prison beauty salon doing highlights and hair. Lol! She is probably going to lose weight and write a book then become even richer when she gets out. Life is not fair.

      Dragon that's jail not prison. .
      no letting tax frauds out 12 months early for overcrowding. They just find a new prison.

      And after joe serves his 45 months he's getting deported because he's not even a Laura Jean Poon dammit. . He doesn't have the same rights as reese..

    I think he was on GMA but wherever the lawyer was, he mentioned she has to complete 85% of her sentence.
    My money's on her starting fights and getting months tacked on.

    She'll get out and get a guest roll on Orange is the New Black as the reigning dyke on cell block H. Hahaaaa. I'd watch that! She's have to be sporting some upper lip hair and shitty prison tattoos though. Italian ghetto!
