Nicole Kidman Sued Over Leaky Pipes

Nicole Kidman is being sued by an insurance company almost three years after her pipes burst in her $13 million duplex. Page Six reports that Kidman allegedly had copper piping installed on her balconies, but that the piping was not insulated. This caused the pipes to freeze and burst in the winter, causing $46,000 worth of damage to the downstairs unit. The downstairs unit's insurance company is suing Kidman for the $46,000 in damages, as well as other costs.

  1. Bummer. I hope her insurance - or the contractor's insurance - covers it. Any bets on what kind of blind KJE will make out of this? Maybe Keith was cheating with the contractor's wife and the contractor purposely didn't insulate the pipes. Maybe Nicole froze the pipes herself with her icy glare. Maybe Nicole's Botox supplier snuck in and turned all the water off as revenge for her smiling once. Come on, KJE, you can do it!

    1. LOLOL @7! Enty DESPISES Nicole K with a vengeance (this is just one of his many hate posts) so here is my made up CDAN blind on this event just for the two of you!

This married A- list actress and Academy Award winner/nominee is the personification of pure evil. She is secretly a fan of my site and decided she no longer wants CDAN to publish unflattering tales of her bitchy ways. So she hatched a plan. She booked a first class ticket to Venezuela while "forcing" her staff to sit in the lavatories for the duration of the flight so that they could keep the toilet seats heated to exactly 75 degrees for her liking. Anything colder and her pale ass would freeze to it and no one wants to do the Crisco spatula lift trick during turbulence. Anyways, disgruntled passengers had to relieve themselves in barf bags and travel size liquor bottles, and all of the SkyMalls became makeshift Charmin.

Upon landing, our actress punted several homeless children selling Chiclets out of her way and charged straight for my new engineering team of teenagers. She offered to pay them 100x more than what I could afford to fuck up my website beyond repair. She was so delighted that she- taking note from her father who was an alleged human trafficker- decided to kidnap them as her personal slaves.

Fast forward three years to see how her slaves finally escaped. When asked to complete more unpaid construction on the piping, the Venezueslaves revolted by ensuring that the pipes would lack insulation and eventually burst. They added insult to injury by making the pipes copper and useless, in homage to their wicked ginger headed overlord. The rescue team also reported that the pipes were stuffed to the brim with hidden messages pleading to be saved.

I always knew something was off with her!

    4. Hahaha @LadyH, that was perfect! "I always knew something was off with her!"

@MinPin, I had chiclets once on a trip to Mexico! Are they only sold there now?

    5. @seven I've never seen them packaged in little bundles like that anywhere else. I kind of wondered if they repackaged the gum from a larger box into the smaller $1.00 bundles. We had a bunch of Chiclets and bracelets by the time we got back to the cruise ship.

  2. Hmm...wish I had more info. Balcony pipes? Maybe she had a hot tub or shower or wet bar out there. But WTF do I know about water pipes or anything else in a $13 million condo?

  4. I'm no authority on plumbing, but wouldn't you sue the plumber?? A plumber doesn't know that pipes freeze and burst during the winter?? Even I know that and I'm a knucklehead!

    1. You sue the owner first, then the owner sues the plumber, to my understanding. The owner is responsible for everything that happens in/on their property.
