British actor and comedian Stephen Fry, 57, is engaged to boyfriend Elliott Spencer, 27, reports Us Weekly. The couple have been together since the Fall.
I love Stephen Fry, BUT, this is icky to me. A 30 year age gap, that's the same difference as me and my youngest nephew. The one drinking a bottle in my lap right now. Uh, no.
I guess this younger man helps him with his sobriety. If someone makes you a better person then it can't be all bad. But, yes the age gap is a bit disconcerting.
Oh, and Fry is a very mature looking 57!! And the ambitious Twink looks like a Twink. Never heard of Fry until I read the article yesterday. The pics of them together are disturbing.
I can't imagine trying, or even WANTING to try keeping pace with someone 30 years younger than me. GAWD how exausting it would be and how ancient it would make you feel. Seriously what in the hell do you talk about?
The young comedian comes from family money, which perhaps allows Fry to feel more comfortable, & less of a meal ticket. I love Stephen to no end, & wish him good luck & happiness with his fiancé.
Since the Fall as in Sept/Oct? I am afraid this will not end well. : ( However I do wish them the best.
