Celebrity Real Estate - Bob Odenkirk Upgrades

In November, you saw the house that actor Bob Odenkirk listed for $2.499 million. The Better Call Saul actor and his talent-manager wife Naomi have picked up a new home in the Beachwood Canyon section of Hollywood for $3.3 million. The home was built in 1940, but was recently refurbished. The residence features five bedrooms, four and a half baths, two fireplaces, and a pool. See pictures of the new property at Curbed.

    I found it too busy and the picture of the baby over the fireplace was kind of creepy. Almost like it was trying really hard to be eclectic.

    Also, when staging a house, one should look at the house as a whole, not the coffee table with an Hermes thingie and some shoes on a rug or a chair with some guitars by it. You're selling a house, not a furniture showroom!

    That is one ugly house. Saul needs to call a decorator.

    He's incredibly nice! My friend is his neighbor & invited him over for a New Year's Eve party. He even brought cookies & was honest about the fact his assistant made them. His family is lovely too. Total class act. Can't wait to watch his show!
