Celebrity Real Estate - Top Model Edition

Tyra Banks is selling her New York apartment for $3.795 million. Banks bought the 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom apartment on the border of Soho 10 years ago for just over $2 million. If you buy the apartment, Dakota Fanning will be your neighbor! See pictures of the property at Curbed.

    Nice place but like most celeb houses, cold as ice. I like the decorating tho needing some personal items to zzzz it up.

    But you know they get the place all gussied up, decluttered and staged for the real estate photos.

    I saw a new HGTV show where the people didn't even bother - a show called The Expandables. You don't need a bigger house you just need to purge your junk is what it comes down but they do make small renovations to people's small houses to make more room. And you know the first they do is declutter.

    That surely is one WHITE house. Where's my sunglasses boo, now I'm snowblind after looking at all that whiteness. It's nice but no desire to live back east. No thanks, but say hi to Dakota for me when you see her.
