Despite having one of the worst boob jobs in history and her implants expiring and being recalled years ago, Tori Spelling is just now talking about having them removed. On True Tori, she and Dean McDermott sat down with their therapist and discussed the surgeries that Tori needs to fix her lopsided girls and to fix some internal damage leftover from the birth of her last child, Finn. It's unclear what the internal damages are, but it's safe to say that she should probably get that looked at, stat.
