IJU - exactly. This site and the former one could not exist unless there were countless horrible people like me willing to speculate on the lifes of complete strangers. I can't explain why I think Tara Reid deserves a break, but I do. I am sorry for Tara Reid.
About 9 years ago, my husband and I met her and Tori Spelling at a Kentucky Derby Ball. They were there together. Tori was married to her first husband, she had state troopers following her everywhere. We asked Tori for a pic and she was a bitch about it. So I just snapped a pic of her with her entourage. Meanwhile, Tara was awesome! She was way drunk, and gladly took pics with us. I was going to get a pic of her with my husband, just as they were posing, someone from Tori's party called her away. She told him she would be right back. I snapped some pics thinking there was no way she would come back. 2 minutes later she walked up to him and said she was ready to take a pic. I thought she was so awesome for not only coming back, but for remembering us while being distracted. I will always have a soft spot for her. She was very nice. Tori... She's an entitled bitch. She also ditched Tara the next day of the actual race. Tara had to gain entry to the race through another celeb.
She looks like the turkey in that 1980's commercial where each person takes a bit off the Butterball turkey carcass from the fridge with the song, "pick. Pick PIIIIIIIIICK!" She looks like it on the last day when they finally throw it out.
@Tina, I know for a fact she suffers from Anorexia. It's not a disease you choose therefore she isn't doing it to herself on purpose. Re: starving children in Africa, they often have swollen bellies which is due to re-feeding, Tara looks nothing like that.
Wow, I didn't read all the comments before posting. I assumed it was going to be a bunch of Tara bashing and tales of escorting. You folks are nice and have a heart. I applaud you, not that you give a rat's ass what I think. But I think you are good people, and I hope you don't mind if I comment now and then.
As for Tara, I wish she had more self esteem. More help. I agree with the comment about end-stage alcoholism. Not in a judgmental fashion - I don't think the original comment was judgmental, either. There's a sleazy side to gossip. There is a horrendous side to being famous.
Only in America would this be considered skeletal I guess. My body isn't so million miles from this and I'm right in the zone for BMI and super healthy. She has schoolgirl legs, but I should imagine most of her movement is by car rather than walking?
@AlanEntry, I believe the comments about Tara's body have to do with the classic signs of end-stage alcoholism. A bloated stomach and noticeably thin limbs.
I feel bad for Tara because she seems to be self-aware. I don't feel bad for delusional stars because they live in their own world. Tara on the other hand has said admitted was dumped by her "friends" after her career went cold and that people used her.
Plus she gets so much grief about her botched plastic surgery and I don't think it looks that bad anymore. I've seen much worse.
Her need to keep posting this crap is more concerning, and perhaps the probable substance abuse.
ReplyDeleteShe seems sweet. And she's def got done looks. Hopefully she'll see the light before it's too late.
Tara needs to start wearing clothes, and stop posing for bikini pictures that show off her skeletal remains.
ReplyDeleteShe's so skeletal. Shudders
ReplyDeleteProbably not the place to talk about food but I made an amazing pumpkin cheesecake. I just had some for breakfast.
I'd love to see the house. Most homes in the hills of Palm Springs are mansions.
ReplyDeleteI always feel bad when I see Tara Reid. She seems very sad and lonely.
ReplyDeleteIts just -agree. Sad really.

DeleteA girl can't survive on cocaine and semen alone.
ReplyDeleteLooks like end stage alcoholism. Sad.
ReplyDeleteTara has been a long time sufferer of Anorexia
DeleteOh. :( I can only send her health and healing juju. This makes me sad for her.
ReplyDeletePoor Tara. She always struck me as a lost, sad little girl. :(
ReplyDeleteTina- thats my tribe! Lol. I saw that special- the eating is nuts!

ReplyDeleteOnly thing on life support here is the career!

Oops, that comment needed another edit. She admitted she was dumped by her "friends". That's what I meant.
ReplyDeleteLet's pray that she gains some weight or goes to rehab for this
