Tila Tequila has shared the first pictures of daughter Isabella Monroe Nguyen. See the pictures here. Tila is enjoying motherhood, and says that so far things have been a breeze.

That's just like a issuing a gold embossed invitation to the fates, isn't it?
The only thing that is missing is, "... and I slid into my size 00 jeans 3 minutes after giving birth." Every new parent is overwhelmed unless you have an army of nannies.
She's lucky she had a girl. Isn't post partum more likely to hit w/ boys? That on top of an already mental pill addict would be a bad combo for the tyke. It is bad enough her Facebook page will be one day bombarded by middle school classmates with screen caps of her mom being Backdoored and Squirting. A trick babies life aint an easy one.
I know two women that went from half-crazed drama queens to calm, sedate and happy people when they went through the biological changes that pregnancy brings. I hope Tila is one of these kinds of people.
