Celebrity Real Estate - Dr Dre Pimps Out Tom Brady's Mansion

Earlier this year, Dr. Dre picked up Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen's old mansion in Brentwood for a cool $40 million. You would think for that price that the place would be pretty much move-in ready, but not for Dr. Dre. He is expanding the property to include a 10,000-square-foot music studio below the mansion.
