Saffron Burrows is Married, Has Child

Actress Saffron Burrows of Agents of SHIELD has been married to her longtime girlfriend Alison Balian for the past 16 months. Additionally, Us Weekly reports that Burrows gave birth to the couples son two years ago. She was inspired to come out publicly after reading Maria Bello's NY Times article detailing her relationship with a woman in 2013.

      @SM I saw keane about 10 years ago.myney were ok- not great, but I had loved them from years before. I think there's a reason we don't see them headlining.
      Great album though(Self entitled/Keane). Funny enough, and positive note- he got sober- lead singer *keane* and the music sort of faltered.

      Just read an interview with Laes Von trier- most amazing accomplished director, who said same thing. He got sober and refuses to write/ direct a project because he says it'll be shite. T

    I love the name Saffron Barrows! It sounds like she'd be Dr Who's girlfriend or Capt Mal's wife!

    that's awesome! I always thought she was/is stunning(talk about cheekbones!!)
    I loved "the Bank Job" but did anyone see her in "The Guitar"?? I loved this quirky film...even the DVD Cover is really great!!

    Thought she was "out" years ago, as in decades ago! She dated women openly for a long time anyway but never spoke about her private life so suppose this is 1st time she's actually talked about anything in her private life. She's certainly been listed on influential gay people lists in the UK for years & years.
