Misty Upham Autopsy Shows Blunt Force Trauma
Initially thought a suicide, actress Misty Upham endured blunt force trauma to her torso and head after being found dead in October. Misty was a member of the Blackfeet Nation, and her friends, including Juliette Lewis, claimed her death involved foul play.

Per the story I read, she and Juliet were close friends. Juliet claimed she would never have killed herself, and therefore she suspected foul play.

ReplyDeleteCouldn't blunt force trauma mean she fell down a rocky hill? Wasn't she found at the bottom of a steep area?

ReplyDeleteAs @Kat mentioned, she was found at the bottom of a cliff. I'd think her injuries would be common for some one dying by falling/jumping. Of coarse she could have been throw.

A life lost too soon whatever the circumstances. glad her family pushed for more discover rather than having it automatically be considered suicide.
ReplyDeleteI have seen a couple of those crime shows that do the reenactments and there were two cases
ReplyDeleteone involving a couple where the woman "fell" off the cliff and another involving a couple where the man "fell" off the cliff and in the first case the cops knew right away something was wrong and then further investigation supported that the husband was offing the wife for insurance money and of course had the requisite mistress waiting, the second case was less obvious but it too ended up being proven a homicide
I love that kind of stuff......
