Teresa Giudice Hires New Lawyer to Sue Old Lawyer

Just when you thought Teresa Giudice might take accountability for something, she has turned around and sued her lawyer for $5 million, according to TMZ. Giudice blames her prison sentence on the actions of her lawyer. Still no word from Giudice on anything that she may have done to land her in jail.

    Yes she's suing this lawyer because had he advised her better on her bankruptcy she wouldn't have gotten caught, I mean be going to jail for trying to hide assets.

    I thought there was an unwritten rule about lawyers suing lawyers? Which makes me think either 1) her old lawyer was bad and she has a legitimate claim or 2) the new lawyer is d-list and looking for some publicity by taking on the case.

    or 3) these lawyers hate each other, some feud from the past like one was schtupping the other's wife or girlfriend

    yes indeed the fact you got a jail sentence has nothing to do with you breaking the law
