Taryn Manning's alleged stalker is at it again. The NY Daily News reports that Jeanine Heller allegedly violated an order of protection and contacted Manning. Heller's original stalking charge was going to be reduced if she stayed out of trouble; this violation puts that in jeopardy. Of course Heller's lawyer is claiming that his client was set up.
