People reports that Tim Curry is joining the cast of Fox's Rocky Horror remake in the role of the Criminologist Narrator.
Live Musicals:
The Hollywood Reporter announces that NBC is teaming with Mark Burnett and Roma Downey to create a live nativity musical, to air around Christmas 2016.
Renewals:
E! News reports that Fox has renewed Empire for a third season.
Scream Queens is returning to Fox for a second season, reports E! News. Season 2 will be set in a hospital instead of a college campus, and some of the same actors will be returning, although it has yet to be determined whether or not they will be reprising their season 1 roles, or if they will churn characters each season a la American Horror Story.
