TMZ reports that Dr. Phil is being sued by an ex-employee for false imprisonment. Dig the drop: Dr. Phil allegedly ordered 300 employees to work on their day off, gathered everyone in a room, locked the doors, and told the staffers that someone had been leaking info to the media, and he was getting the feds involved. He allegedly told the employees, "If you fuck with me, I'll fuck with you." Except, plot twist! Dr. Phil had already caught the source of the leak prior to the meeting, and just wanted to scare the bejeezus out of his other employees. So apparently Dr. Phil will fuck with you even if you don't fuck with him.
