People reports that former Scrubs and Roseanne actress Sarah Chalke, 39, welcomed her second child with fiancé Jamie Afifi, an entertainment lawyer. Their daughter Frances Afifi was born on April 28th; the couple was able to keep the news out of the press until now. Frances, named after her maternal great grandfather, will go by Frankie. The couple are already parents to son Charlie Rhodes, 6. Chalke had the following to say of the couple's new arrival: “I’m excited to have both experiences in having a girl and a boy. I grew up with three girls and [when] I found out I was having a boy, I was like, ‘Wait, how do I do this?’ That’s been so fun. I can’t imagine not having that — having a son and having lightsaber fights … it’s been cool getting to have the different experiences.”
