Bachelor Star Whitney Bischoff is Engaged

Remember when Chris Soules was the "Farmer Bachelor"? Well, the woman he picked and then dumped, Whitney Bischoff, 31, is engaged! Us Weekly reports that Bischoff's boyfriend Ricky Angel recently proposed.
