In today's edition of "this is why you don't marry the surrogate," TMZ reports that Sonni Pacheco has dragged ex-husband Jeremy Renner back to court over his refusal to pay half of the $1,600 monthly tuition for their daughter's preschool. Sure, that seems like a dick thing to do, until you see the text that Renner sent to Pacheco, which she submitted to the court: "I'm not sure why you keep coming after more money here Sonni. I don't have the cash to give you. I'm sorry you can't figure out how to care for [Ava] with over 300k." Fair point well made, Mr. Renner.
Pacheco also claims that Renner has fallen behind on child support to the tune of $48,367. Well, that's careless. Pacheco is asking for the courts to make Renner pay for all of Ava's school costs, and all of the back child support.
