Pete Davidson Credits Kid Cudi With Saving His Life

SNL's Pete Davidson recently appeared on The Breakfast Club, where he talked about rapper Kid Cudi. Here's what he had to say, as reprinted by Page Six:

“[Kid] Cudi’s the best of all. He saved my life. I would’ve killed myself if I didn’t have Kid Cudi. I would’ve killed myself. Absolutely, 100 percent. If you’re 25 and under, I believe Kid Cudi saved your life. I truly believe if ‘Man on the Moon’ didn’t come out, I wouldn’t be here.”

On news that Kid Cudo had checked into rehab for depression and suicidal urges:
“It’s kind of comforting to know your hero goes through the same stuff you do. I think that’s why a lot of kids my age can relate to Cudi and people love him so much is because he’s a very emotional dude. I texted with him last Monday, and he’s in really good spirits. I think I might go see him next week. But he’s in a good place.”
