We all knew this was coming. TMZ reports that Len Wiseman has filed for divorce from Kate Beckinsale after 12 years of marriage. The couple do not have any children together, and the filing states that both parties have waived any right to spousal support. Wiseman has been taking other ladies on the town since last November, and Beckinsale hasn't worn her wedding ring in almost a year.
