Meanwhile, Kinney has been busy dating a radiologist from Philadelphia. Kinney grew up in Lancaster, PA. The newly minted couple recently went to Austin, Texas together to watch the Formula One race. The new girlfriend has visited him in Chicago, and Kinney has plans to visit her in Philly soon. Looks like you snooze, you lose, Gaga!
