Former Twilight star Jackson Rathbone, 31, has welcomed his second child with wife Sheila Hafsadi. Their daughter Presley Bowie Rathbone was born on Tuesday, reports E! News. The couple, married since 2013, are already parents to son Monroe Jackson Rathbone VI, almost 4.
