Glen Campbell Has Passed Away

Glen Campbell has passed away at the age of 81 after a battle with Alzheimer's disease. Campbell was diagnosed with the disease in 2011, and allowed a documentary crew to film his final tour in 2014 for the film I'll Be Me. Campbell's career spanned decades, and included a stint playing with the Beach Boys in the '60s. Campbell's first top 10 hit was Wichita Lineman, and he won Grammy's in both pop and country categories throughout his career. Campbell sometimes appeared in movies, including True Grit with John Wayne. Campbell was married four times, and is survived by wife Kim Campbell, their three children Cal, Shannon, and Ashley, his children from previous marriages Debby, Kelli, Travis, Kane, and Dillon, 10 grandchildren, great- and great-great grandchildren.
