TMZ reports that Antonio Sabàto Jr is getting divorced from wife Cheryl Marie after five years of marriage. The couple have a six-year-old son together. Sabàto wants joint custody, but Cheryl is going for sole physical custody and alleging that Sabàto has a prescription drug addiction that makes it unsafe for their son to be around him. That should make Sabàto's upcoming Congress run interesting!
