TMZ reports that Brad Pitt requested an emergency hearing yesterday to seal the records surrounding his custody battle with soon-to-be-ex-wife Angelina Jolie. The judge quickly tossed Brad's request. Apparently Pitt was pissy that Jolie filed their temporary custody agreement in court last week, which included the provision that a therapist will determine when Pitt is able to see his children unsupervised.
And now we see why Brad was trying to seal the proceedings - TMZ reports that his legal team is trying to go around the original temporary agreement that he signed off on. Against the advice of the therapist, Brad is trying to get more time with the kids. Laura Wasser, Angie's attorney, fired off a letter basically saying no dice.
