2016 Takes Two More Actors

Actress Margaret Whitton has passed away at the age of 67 after a brief battle with cancer. She is best known for portraying the role of Cleveland Indians owner Rachel Phelps in the Major League films. After leaving acting, Whitton stepped behind the camera and started to direct. Actor Van Williams has passed away at the age of 82 from kidney failure. Williams starred as the The Green Hornet on the short lived 1960s series; Bruce Lee was Kato. Williams is survived by his wife of 57 years, Vicki. Read his full obituary at The Hollywood Reporter.
