People reports that Kourtney Kardashian, 37, is on the road to reuniting with baby daddy Scott Disick, 33. The couple recently vacationed together in Cabo San Lucas without their children. A source states, “Scott set it all up and [it] was a way to try and make things work again with Kourtney. He surprised her and whisked her away on this trip. They seem very close and happy.” So if the Kardashian ratings really take a dip, expect a wedding.
