Lindsay Lohan Allowed to Sue Over Video Game

Remember way back in 2014 when Lindsay Lohan wanted to sue Grand Theft Auto makers Take-Two due to a character's alleged resemblance to her? Page Six reports that a judge just ruled that the case has merit, and has allowed Lindsay's lawsuit to proceed. Her case returns to court on June 23rd.
