Joe Manganiello has been pulling out of both roles and appearances lately, and TMZ has discovered why: the actor was hospitalized last week for a serious case of appendicitis. One source states that his appendix had burst. Although he remained hospitalized as of last night, Manganiello is expected to make a full recovery.
