The odds look like they are in Blake Shelton's favor! TMZ reports that Shelton just won a preliminary victory in his defamation suit against In Touch. A judge denied the magazine's request to throw out the case. The judge also pointed out that In Touch publishing a story about Blake going to rehab when they had full knowledge that the story was untrue is proof of malice. Shelton needs to prove malice in order to win the case; looks like he already has that part in the bag!
