The Hollywood Reporter announces that Woody Harrelson has applied to open one of Hawaii's first medical marijuana dispensaries. The state passed a law in 2015 that will grant licenses to eight marijuana business owners across the Islands. Harrelson was one of 60 applicants; the permits will be awarded in April, and the dispensaries will open in July.
