Damon Dash Fighting with Rachel Roy In Court

Rachel Roy recently accused ex-husband Damon Dash of being an unfit parent to their two children and was granted a restraining order against him. Now, TMZ reports that Dash is retaliating. Dash accuses Roy of drunk driving, being a jewel thief, and threatening to kill him in front of their daughter. Dash has filed documents demanding full custody of their two children.
