Remember when you learned about Kim Richards' plea deal, which included community labor? Richards tried to get out of it claiming she had a foot injury, but TMZ reports that the judge called bullshit and now Richards will be performing 30 days of community labor, which can include graffiti and garbage removal. Richards is also on probation for three years, which probably won't end well, considering she was hitting up smoke shops in The Valley looking for Xanax last week.
