Real Housewife of Beverly Hills Kyle Richards and husband Mauricio Umansky have picked up a new home...in the Valley. They just picked up the Smokey Robinson estate in Encino for $8.235 million, the most expensive sale in Encino in 2017. The 10,600 square foot home features seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a pool and spa, and a 1,600 square foot guest house.
