Remember when Tori Spelling fell at Benihana in 2015, and sued the restaurant for "suffered wage loss, hospital and medical expenses and loss of earning capacity"? E! News reports that Spelling and Benihana have finally settled that lawsuit. The terms of that settlement have not been made available to the public, but I'm betting it includes a stipulation that Spelling never return to a Benihana again!
