E! News reports that after filing for divorce from husband of almost 10 years Stephen Belafonte last month, Mel B has obtained a restraining order against him. The order forces Belafonte out of their house, and prevents him from coming in both physical and verbal contact with Mel B and her three children. Belafonte was not granted any visitation for his daughter with Mel B. Mel B also stipulated in the restraining order that Belafonte be prevented from releasing any videos or pictures of her.
In order to obtain the restraining order, Mel B listed in a declaration given to the court all the times that Belafonte physically assaulted her and verbally abused her during their marriage.
