Remember when Anthony Michael Hall kicked his neighbor's ass for leaving a gate open back in September? TMZ reports that the Los Angeles County District Attorney has finally charged Hall with felony battery with serious bodily injury. If convicted, Hall faces up to 7 years in prison. Moral of the story? Don't fuck with Original Rusty Griswold.
