TMZ reports that just three days after Johnny Depp's mother Betty Sue Palmer, who he was very close to, passed away, Amber Heard has filed for divorce after just over one year of marriage. She cited the ever-popular "irreconcilable differences" in the filing, and is asking for spousal support. Shockingly, Depp did not make Heard sign a prenup. Damn, son! Depp has hired Laura Wasser, and is asking the judge to reject spousal. Damn Amber, that's cold. Johnny just lost his mother, and he's mid-press tour for Alice Through the Looking Glass, so now every single interviewer and every single stop on the rest of the press tour will be asking about the divorce. I'm guessing this divorce will be of the hostile variety. The last time the two were spotted together was on that bizarre hostage apology video.
