TMZ reports that a judge has given full custody of Kelly Rutherford's two children with ex-husband Daniel Giersch, Hermes, 9, and Helena, 6, to Daniel Giersch. The children, who are US Citizens, will live with their father in Monaco, and Rutherford is only allowed to visit her children in Monaco or in France. The judge did say that the exes must make joint decisions in regards to the children's education and housing, so I guess there's that? Rutherford has already filed an appeal, which is expected to be heard later in the week.
