This male film actor has racked up lots of projects and recognition over the past couple of years, and he will certainly be front and center again this awards season.
Up until about three or four years ago, there was no hint of any girlfriend in his past. To score the big roles – and the big awards – it was thought that he would have to be more “mainstream.” So they linked him to half a dozen pretty female celebrities over the course of a year or two to give him a romantic history and to make him look desirable. Then they married him off to the friend-turned-wife.
Fantastically mainstream.
