TMZ reports that Kate Major has filed for legal separation from husband Michael Lohan. Major is currently in rehab, and alleges that Lohan won't leave her ass alone and keeps psychodialing the rehab facility to get in touch with her. Then a few weeks ago, Lohan allegedly sent Major a teddy bear with a hidden cell phone inside. No doubt the teddy bear was clad in a mesh t shirt, which sent Major over the edge and caused her to file for legal separation. She is asking for spousal support, the Maserati, and the BMW. And custody of the kids that both she and Lohan have already lost custody of, so I think that ship may have sailed.
