TMZ reports that Halle Berry's first ex-husband David Justice was tweeting up a storm recently. Here's what he had to say:
"[Halle] was mad at me leaving the relationship so she and her Hollywood Team just tried to destroy my character.It had to be my fault,right?"
"Yup..Me,Eric,Gabriel and Olivier were all her 'Knight in Shining Armor',until it ends..Then we all become the worst guys in history."
"Only the guys in the relationship with Halle know the real deal..there will be another,of course.He'll be called 'The Best' until it ends."
"Just wait,Olivier..It's coming! She insinuated that her daughter wasn't safe around Gabriel..look it up and see the reason! Just wrong.smh"
"It just makes me mad to still see the same lie being perpetuated about the source of her abuse being me. Never happened!#formerboyfriend."
Halle Berry's second ex-husband Eric Benet piped up on Twitter as well, stating, "My man at @23davidjustice is tweeting some truth dis' mornin'!"
Interestingly, a source close to Halle Berry reached out to TMZ and told them that Berry never claimed that David Justice abused her during their relationship. TMZ did some research, and turns out that source is right! Halle Berry never said that David Justice beat her. Mind officially blown! Berry gave an interview back in the day stating that "back in the '90s a former boyfriend struck her so hard on the side of the head she suffered hearing loss." Everyone assumed she was talking about David Justice, which she never denied...until just now. I bet David wishes she had bothered to issue a denial in the 90s!
