Page Six reports that despite all his efforts to duck it, a judge ordered Bill Cosby, 78, and his former lawyer Martin Singer to sit down for a deposition in the defamation lawsuit brought against him by Janice Dickinson, 60. Cosby must sit down for the sworn deposition no later than November 25th. The scope of the deposition has to stick to whether or not Cosby's denials against Dickinson were made maliciously; unfortunately Cosby and his lawyer can assert attorney-client privilege and refuse to answer.
