Liza Minelli celebrated her recent completion of a rehab program by dining out at Lisa Vanderpump's PUMP restaurant in West Hollywood. Us Weekly reports that Minelli was smiling and signing autographs for fans who approached her table. Minelli was in rehab in Malibu.
