Damon Dash Loses Custody of Children To Rachel Roy

Damon Dash and Rachel Roy have been hurtling accusations back and forth recently. Dash accused Roy of being an unfit mother and driving drunk with their kids in the car; Roy has accused Dash of using drugs in front of their children, and had filed for a restraining order. Both parties had filed for sole custody of their two children, and TMZ reports that a judge has sided with Rachel Roy. The fashion designer won sole custody of the couple's two children; Dash only gets supervised visits. Rachel Roy also won a three-year restraining order against Damon Dash.
