TMZ reports that Mike Comrie has finally responded to the divorce filing, and he is demanding joint custody of Luca. It appears that Comrie is not contesting their prenup; the only point of contention in their divorce will be their son. Duff reportedly filed for sole custody because she is worried that Comrie's hard partying interferes with his ability to parent their son.
