TMZ reports that former San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick has filed a grievance against the NFL for collusion. The filing alleges that NFL owners "colluded to deprive Mr. Kaepernick of employment rights in retaliation for Mr. Kaepernick's leadership and advocacy for equality and social justice." Kaepernick has hired Mark Geragos as his attorney for the lawsuit. Geragos sent a copy of the complaint to the NFLPA, as well as the NFL and all 32 teams.
