E! News reports that George Clooney, 56, and wife Amal Clooney, 39, are parents. Their twins, one son and one daughter, named Alexander and Ella, were born on Tuesday. A rep for the couple released the following statement:
"This morning Amal and George welcomed Ella and Alexander Clooney into their lives. Ella, Alexander and Amal are all healthy, happy and doing fine. George is sedated and should recover in a few days."
The couple has been married since 2014.
