Page Six reports that Dean McDermott, husband of Tori Spelling, was in a Los Angeles court on Thursday where he was told that if he doesn't fork over the thousands in child support that he owes ex-wife Mary Jo Eustace, he could be playing "don't drop the soap" in jail. Eustace agreed to work out a payment plan with The Deaner, which took jail time off the table - for now. Dean has to pay Eustace half the cash that he owes her by Monday. I hope she's not holding her breath. Insiders say that if he doesn't cough up the dough on Monday, Eustace is fully prepared to file a new complaint with the court on Tuesday to send The Deaner to jail.
