People reports that Property Brothers star Drew Scott, 38, is engaged to longtime girlfriend Linda Phan, 31. The proposal took place at Toronto restaurant Piano Piano. Scott had this to say of his fiancée: “I’ve never met another woman like her and once you do, you want to be with her forever.” The couple have been dating since 2010. Scott, who has released a couple of country songs with twin brother Jonathan, recorded his own version of Train's "Marry Me," which played in the restaurant during the proposal.
